New Mexico has an abundance of sunshine, but little rain, we offer engineering services that are well-conceived, designed with operators and maintenance in mind, and aligned with both your short-term needs and long-term goals.
We work with federal, state, local government, tribal, and private entities and are equipped to provide professional engineering services for street and drainage improvements, hydrology and hydraulic analyses, water and wastewater utility design, planning, and construction. Acme is licensed to operate in New Mexico and Arizona.
The word "Acme" comes from the Greek word akmē (ἀκμή), which means "the highest point". It refers to the best, highest level, or pinnacle. Whether working on large-scale infrastructure projects or customized solutions for small businesses, we’re committed to helping you achieving the highest point.

Cody is proficient in civil engineering including the design of water distribution and wastewater collection systems, and the design of heavy civil projects such as pump stations, reservoirs, and hydraulic detention structures. He has completed or assisted with the design of over 200 projects, primarily in New Mexico, and has assisted his clients with preparing funding applications and creating engineering technical planning documents.

ENGINEERING ASSOCIATE
Becky Sipes, EI
Becky grew up on a farm in southern New Mexico, watching her parents adapt and modernize in response to ever increasing regulatory challenges, critical water shortages, and stark international competition. Engineering seemed a natural transition from the farm, and after college she worked with the Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration developing over 15 years of experience in nuclear safety, quality assurance, and hazardous materials packaging and transportation. After some time working on government projects, she decided it was time to get back to her roots, working in a small business where there is room to innovate and create lasting solutions.
Expertise
Becky is knowledgeable of the hazardous materials packaging and transportation regulations, risk assessments, and safety basis evaluations. She works closely with professional engineers managing projects, developing contact documents, technical specifications, engineering reports, and navigating various governing authorities, requirements, and processes.
